A challenging and dynamic area of responsibility in a world-leading technology group for security and mobility, characterized by high responsibility, strong communication strength and strategic cooperation at top management and military leadership levels. Overall coordination of complex, safety-relevant programmes in the national defence environment of the Dimension Lake, taking into account military capacity requirements and security policy objectives Active care, development and development of durable, long-term relationships with contracting authorities (e.g. BAAINBw), military decision-makers of the Dimension Lake, national customers and internal stakeholders Proactive and continuous communication with internal and external customers for early identification of needs, expectations and market opportunities as well as deriving appropriate business development and sales measures Advising military and political leadership levels with regard to technological innovation potentials, industrial implementation possibilities and long-term skills and procurement strategies Initiation and control of complex B2G defense programs taking into account military deployment scenarios, regulatory requirements and safety-relevant requirements Perception of an overarching, strategic interface between industry, military users, procurement organisation and top management to ensure overall program control Active monitoring of strategic programme targets, military performance parameters and critical milestones, including early introduction of risk mitigating measures Tracking performances and milestones as well as, if necessary, prompt introduction of corrective measures in ongoing major projects Supporting the company's position in defence policy, military and industrial policy contexts

Successfully completed studies in engineering, economic, political, or communication sciences or comparable Long-standing industry knowledge and knowledge in the handling of the Bundeswehr, the structures and procedures of the Bundeswehrbeschaffung within the Dimension See Experience in coordinating programs and controlling project measures is beneficial Very good communicative, analytical and conceptual skills as well as safe handling of different stakeholders and characters Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of initiative and the ability to build sustainable trust relationships High team capability, reliability, self-responsibility and strong communication strength High readiness (internal)
