HR Consultant - Executive Services (m/w/d) We are now looking for a dedicated HR Consultant - Executive Services (m/w/d) for our holding company in Stuttgart, which is working closely with our Senior Vice President HR (SVP HR) in order to serve our managing directors, selected managers and employees from contract design to remuneration.

Together with our SVP HR, you are a competent contact person for our managing directors, selected executives and employees on contractual and remuneration issues. You know how to work, tax and social security? This will certainly help you very much, as you are not only responsible for contract design for managing directors, but also for other legal issues that arise. Remuneration issues such as bonuses and long term incentives are interesting for you – our SVP HR is happy to support you. You keep our compensation data up to date and support HR Controlling for this target group. Of course, we also work with external experts in the field of international remuneration and labour law. The control of these external service providers also falls within your responsibility.

Your business, economic or legal studies with a focus on staff / labour law paired with at least 2 years of professional experience in the HR sector have prepared you perfectly for our challenges, such as bonus bills for executives or billing our Long Term Incentives. Ideally, you also have experience in managing executives, preferably in the international environment. You know yourself in the individual right of work? You also have a high number affinity? A lucky handle for us – that is exactly what we need. You have as much pleasure as we are developing ideas together in the team. Your excellent communication skills help you. You are characterized primarily by your independent, solution-oriented work and a very high service orientation is of course for you. Your excellent communication skills in English and your very good MS Office skills are essential for your everyday life.
