Architect/ Civil Engineer for New Construction and Modernization

As a contractor, you take responsibility for the successful implementation of our innovative construction projects – from planning to completion. You prepare construction measures and coordinate the cooperation of the specialist planners. You accompany tenders and are responsible for the award of works. During the planning and implementation phase, you monitor the budget and quality as well as the timely execution of your projects. You work closely with your colleagues as well as external planners:inside and building participants and promote a positive teamwork during the construction process. After acceptance and billing of the construction services, you will support your projects in the warranty phase. You contribute to the development of concepts for energy conservation.

You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in the field of plans and constructions in the housing stock according to the performance phases 6-9 of HOAI. You have knowledge of VOB, HOAI and contract, contract and construction law. As a predictive and entrepreneurial thinking personality, you always act responsibly and solution-oriented. Their working style is independent and dedicated. When controlling your construction projects, you are convinced by communicative skills and negotiation skills. You will be happy to continue and will be able to inspire new trends and topics of the housing industry.
