This is what awaits you: An interesting and responsible task awaits you in our Controlling department. As a competent respondent, you are responsible for key topics of the overall bank control. With your high level of expertise, together with your team colleagues, you will ensure a business management that is geared towards success. You create control-relevant evaluations and reports, are responsible for controlling personnel capacities, costs and central KPIs, including benchmark evaluations and derive strategic and operational recommendations for management. You contribute to the regular earnings forecast and business planning. The further development of the controlling models and methods is one of your tasks. You act as a central interface to different business areas and drive the automation and standardization of recurring reporting processes to provide HR key figures system-assisted, efficient and high quality. You work closely with our HR, system providers and external partners to harmonize processes and secure standards. The monitoring of internal and external audits is part of your range of tasks.

Take this with you: You ideally have a completed university degree with an economic orientation or a comparable qualification. You have advanced knowledge in financial and business management. You have several years of experience in the field of HR Analytics, People Analytics or HR-Controlling and are well known with relevant key figures and HR processes. You have a high IT affinity. Embossed analytical skills as well as conceptual and solution-oriented thinking are your strengths. Their mode of operation is characterized by a high degree of autonomy and a pronounced target orientation.
