High-quality interior design projects start with a precise and economically sound calculation. In order to put challenging projects on a solid economic basis already in the offer phase, we are looking for a Calculator / Construction Calculator (m/w/d) at the next possible time. As part of the calculation team, you make a significant contribution to successful project decisions with your calculations. You work closely with project management / sales and report to the head of costing.

Do you have experience in the calculation of construction or interior design projects and also keep an overview of complex performance directories and plan documents? Are you working structured, analytical and solution-oriented and are you happy to actively shape projects already in the offer phase? Then we look forward to meeting you.

Creation of cost estimates and calculations for turnkey interior design projects Development of special proposals and alternative offers including material research Creation of tender documents and performance directories for customers and suppliers Pick-up and technical and commercial evaluation of post-contractor offers Maintenance of master data, price lists and key figures

Completed training or studies, e.g. as a civil engineer, civil engineer, wood engineer, wood engineer, architect or carpenter master (m/w/d) Professional experience in the calculation or project management of construction or interior design projects Understanding construction processes, technical relationships and cost structures Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel German language skills in word and writing, English is a plus
