You configure and operate the central Subscription & Billing Platform together with the agile team – the heart of our future sales and contract processes You identify and refine requirements of different stakeholders in the form of user stories You model customer, product and price models as well as contract and subscription data in the system You develop billing workflows and invoice processes You work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and IT to shape end-to-end processes from order to billing You monitor the operation of the system and ensure a smooth process You accompany tests, migrations and rollouts and document your solutions structured in the team wiki

Experience in the configuration or implementation of subscription or billing systems (e.g. Zuora, Billwerk+, Nitrobox, SAP BRIM, NetSuite) Understanding Subscription, Usage or Tiered Pricing Models Basic knowledge of data models, interfaces (REST, SOAP) and integration logic Knowledge of financial and accounting processes, ideally incl. IFRS 15 or e-invoicing Analytical thinking, structured working and joy in translating complex logic into systems Efficient handling of AI tools such as ChatGPT or copilot in daily work Very good knowledge of German and English
