About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. In a special position of trust, you work closely with the head of our building management and support him and his team of experts in diverse, professional and organizational tasks relating to the operation of our properties. Among other things, you will take over the following activities: Participation in decentralised budgeting Sights, evaluation and quality assurance of decision-making templates according to economic and structural aspects Content preparation, structuring and preparation of presentations, documents and reports for different target groups Coordination and participation in procurement and procurement processes and close cooperation with our AVA team Work on various topics in the field of building management (for example: creation of status reports, research activities, development of designs/ concepts) Support in organizing meetings or events including Pre- and post-processing

You bring the ability to edit topics holistic and conceptually, and with your very good expressiveness you manage to prepare content in a comprehensible and structured manner. Your communication strength helps you quickly build a network and keep track of your structured, independent working. In addition to your quick understanding, you will include: A completed university education (academic degree: Bachelor/ Diploma (FH)) in a degree course of economics Current, multiannual professional experience in a coordinating function in a commercial environment, ideally as a speaker or office manager Experience in facility management is desirable
