Tasks • Responsibility for order acceptance and verification against the background contractual arrangements • Takeover for order clarification with customers and forwarding to the relevant departments or providers • Designing solutions in the telecommunications sector as part of the product range and supporting customers in direct contact • clarification of responsibilities within the framework of contractual Services and coordination of customer requests on technical facts • Participation of data consolidation and the necessary documentation creation

Requirements profile • Experience in dealing with telecommunications systems, DSL and mobile technology • Routined handling in FNT Command and BMC Remedy • Expertise in order acceptance and testing as well as coordination of customer requests on technical matters • Funded knowledge in the field of network technology • High team and communication skills in word and writing
