Do you bring technical skills and experience in handling production facilities? Then our team as Rüster / Machine Operator (m/w/d) strengthens and provides a trouble-free and efficient production process through the professional conversion and installation of our machines.

• Refitting and equipping production machines and plants
• Change of tools, devices and components
• Installation of machines according to production requirements
• Conducting test runs and quality controls
• Fixing minor disturbances and sources of errors
• ensuring a smooth production process
• Documentation of setup processes
• Maintenance and maintenance support

We are looking for

• A completed technical training is advantageous
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Self-employed and reliable operation
• Quality awareness and team skills
• Willingness to shift work is advantageous

We offer

• You will receive an indefinite work contract with permanently safe workplace
• You will get an hourly wage from €17.00
