You are responsible for the realization of demanding real estate projects from conception to handover to the user. You take over the project management and monitor the timely realization of the new building projects including budget control and quality assurance. You coordinate, organize and guide the project team from external service providers and internal departments, such as general planners:inside and general contractors. Stakeholder management and customer orientation are of course for you. You control the procurement processes of external planning and execution services in accordance with procurement law and internal procurement directives. You prepare the project report for internal decision-making and steering bodies.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a similar course of study. You bring several years of professional experience in the self-responsible implementation of construction projects and in cooperation with external partners: women (architect: women, engineers, authorities, general companies). You have experience in the award of planning and construction services to general planners: You are fit in contract and construction law. You are solution-oriented, powerful and work structured and self-explanatory. You have a valid class B driving licence and are ready for regular service trips within Germany. You have a safe and friendly appearance, are criminal and work cooperatively. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
