Together with the real estate management of the WFB, we control sophisticated building and infrastructure projects – from the first project idea to the planning to the realization. The focus is on the development of commercial and economic sites as well as the sustainable modernisation and repair of our real estate stock. In the desired position, you take over the project management for repair and rehabilitation measures at commercial properties of the WFB Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen as well as the special assets of the Stadtgemeinde Bremen, which we supervise. Its technical focus is on the implementation of tendering and award procedures as a contracting entity and the coordination of external design participants in the performance phases 5 to 7 of HOAI.
