Proper and correct implementation of the pay billing and time management of a defined care area Support for employees on billing and pay issues including travel costs, tax and social security issues Wage and salary accounting, time management, application allowances, supplements, maintenance and updating of employee data in the SAP HCM System Implementation of monthly and annual accounts for remuneration and internal clarification with financial accounting and auditors Coordination and exchange of data with financial offices, social security institutions, employment agency, professional association, etc. Cooperation with and control of external service providers Creation of selected messages, evaluations and statistics

Successfully completed commercial training with additional qualification level farmer/specialist with relevant focus on wages and salary and/or taxes Multiannual experience in pay billing, secure knowledge in pay tax, and social security law Experience in SAP and with complex wage types in a collective billing environment are advantageous Hands-on mentality and fun in implementing HR topics, independent, customer- and service-oriented working
