Full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours)

Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of a motivated unity of around 40 employees, divided into four teams Management of departmental activities and responsibility for the processing, quality assurance and decision-making of recognition procedures and course recognition in the framework of medical training Ensuring the legal application of the relevant training regulations and legal requirements Processing of complex individual cases Control of operational procedures and the guarantee of service-oriented, reliable and professional counselling of training officers and doctors in continuing training Development and standardisation of recognition processes including the development, evaluation and implementation of strategic guidelines for the further development of the department Continuous exchange and cooperation, for example, with medical bodies, other regional medical chambers and supervisory authorities

Successfully completed university studies or training, ideally in the field of health, legal or administrative sciences Multiannual occupational experience in health, in particular in a body of public law or in comparable structures, as well as very good knowledge in medical training law Management experience or proven experience in coordinating responsibility High self-motivation, member orientation, and substantive thinking and action, combined with expressed sense of responsibility Solution-oriented approach and joy in change processes Cooperative and inspiring leadership and decision-making and sound judgment
