HR Inhouse Consultant* SAP HCM

You support and advise HR in the establishment of new solutions in SAP HCM and are the Innovation Scout for HR in the Payroll environment. You create technical and technical concepts for billing-relevant applications and processes together with HR. You work in a team of internal and external developers on cross-group projects to optimize and further develop our SAP HCM architecture. You carry out customizing activities in the SAP HCM environment independently, implement technical and technical requirements in the system and take over the 2nd level support for complex issues in the Payroll area. You control our external service providers in projects and in supporting the daily business in the SAP HCM environment. In addition, you are responsible for the end-to-end assignment of the interfaces between the global HCM system Workday and the various SAP systems of the DAW Group, in particular SAP HCM and SAP FI.

You have a degree in a technical subject or a comparable qualification. Through multiple years of professional experience in a HR IT consulting or in-house position, you could gain experience in SAP HCM with a focus on billing (PY). Ideally, you can demonstrate knowledge with interfaces to HRM systems in the cloud environment (preferably Workday). You like to work in interdisciplinary teams and have fun thinking things new. You have experience in working with external service providers and can communicate safely in German and international projects – also in English.
