Leadership and development of a seven-headed test engineering team with disciplinary responsibility Responsible for the planning, implementation and optimization of test strategies for hardware and software-based sonar systems, including setup and maintenance of test automation and test environments (HiL, SiL) Ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of test and quality processes according to international standards such as ISO 9001 Close cooperation with development and project management to identify risks at an early stage Representation of test engineering in the introduction of new technologies and process optimization within the company

Successfully completed studies of electrical engineering, computer science, physics or comparable discipline. At least 5 years of experience in testing engineering or quality assurance, ideally in the military environment Successful leadership experience in a technical team (min. 3 years) Expertise in test methods and tools Good understanding of development processes (e.g. V-model, Agile/Scrum) and relevant quality standards Communication pleasure independent work Structured, Analytical and Targeted Operation (E) safe English (E)
