In this key position, you are at the heart of our digital transformation and assume the strategic and operational responsibility for ground-breaking projects. You are driving the development of our CRM system by optimizing existing structures and expanding it specifically with new features. They run a middleware platform that ensures seamless system integration and smooth data flows. They develop data-driven processes and implement BI-Use-Cases for the automation and optimization of our business processes. They take over the professional leadership of teams and projects and act as an interface between business and technology. at least 5 years of professional experience in the insurance or financial sector, ideally focused on broker pools, broker software or comparable digital products. bring proven expertise in implementation projects and strategic product management. have a profound understanding of insurance processes, interface architectures and complex data flows. translate technical requirements into technical concepts and transform technical possibilities into real business value. ideally familiar with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence or modern CRM systems. feel comfortable with the “WIR feeling” and our family working environment.
