Strategy development: You develop national and international strategies that serve to further business development. Our customers come from a variety of industries ranging from textile to medical device manufacturers, all combining the focus on materials, products and packaging. Identification of investment opportunities: You analyse potential market opportunities and risks and recommend whether competencies can be built internally or complemented by business purchases. End-to-end control of M&A processes: You are the first contact person in the entire M&A process, from the identification of takeover candidates to successful integration.

Degree in Economics (BWL or VWL), Corporate Finance or other related areas 4-7 years of relevant experience in M&A projects and ideally in strategic project work Professional Examina such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) You can master the languages German and English in a safe manner, other foreign languages are of advantage Relevant experience abroad desirable
