Our stationary child and youth assistance facility is located in Leipzig Thekla near the Naturbad Nordost, the so-called "Bagger". It consists of a group of children and adolescents from 6 years of age, a group of children from 3 years of age and a parent/child group.

From 26.07.2026 we are looking for a dedicated/n educator educator or a social pedagogue Social pedagogue for the predominant use in the infant group. The job is limited by 25.09.2026 as part of a parental leave office.

Your tasks:

• Everyday design based on family structures
• concern for the personal development of mothers and their children entrusted to you
• Promoting self-employment and social competence
• Support in the search for everyday and leisure activities of residents
• Planning and implementation of leisure activities
• Participation in help schedule talks
• Contact care to youth offices, authorities, schools, therapists, doctors, other network partners and family members
• Design and organisation of group work
• Creating reports, documentation and evaluations
• Regular exchange within the team in the form of weekly service consultations and transfer calls

Your profile:

• Completion as a state-recognized social pedagogue Social pedagogue or state-recognized educators
• Professional experience in education assistance is beneficial
• Loadability in dealing with children and adolescents
