Guide and develop a central customer-success team and ensure clear operational control. Structure and flush topics from sales and support for an efficient, stable daily business. Develop and optimize standardized processes, service levels and clear responsibilities and processing logics. Reduce complexity, double work and coordination loops and create transparent structures and governance. Ensure transparency about volume, topics and expenses in the operational business. Control and develop digital communication and service channels and optimise cross-sector cooperation. Build a scalable support model (e.g. segmentation, standardization of services). Take responsibility for sales and activity goals in the supervised portfolio and actively contribute to the further development of the business.

You bring several years of experience in customer success, sales operations, inside sales or a comparable role. You have already gained leadership experience and convince by your ability to control operational teams structured. You work process- and solution-oriented and have a strong understanding of efficient operational processes and process quality. You consistently think and trade KPI and profit-oriented and understand economic relationships in the operating business. You have experience in working with different disciplines and interfaces. You convince by the ability to structure complex facts quickly and pragmatically into implementation. You have a high demand for efficiency, quality and the consistent further development of standardized procedures.
