As an IT system administrator (all genders), you are responsible for the administration and configuration of our IT systems and ensure a smooth IT operation. Administration, configuration and maintenance of our server and network infrastructure (Windows / Linux) Regular maintenance and maintenance work Analysis, troubleshooting and prevention as well as performance problems Close cooperation with the DATAGROUP cross-service desk Monitoring and analysis of system performance and introduction of appropriate optimization measures Implementation of effective IT security measures to avoid, mitigate and eliminate safety-relevant risks for applications and services IT-Support at Mainz location

Successfully completed vocational training in the IT environment, e.g. as a specialist informant (all genders) for system integration Found practical experience in the administration of server systems focusing on Windows and Linux Knowledge and experience in network administration (including switches and firewalls) Basic to good experience in the IT security environment Practice in various IT technologies, e.g. VoIP, virtualization, AV systems and backup solutions Good knowledge of LAN, WLAN and VPN Analytical thinkability as well as the ability to analyze problems in a structured manner, visualize solutions and troubleshoot them sustainably Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
