The Concrete Tower business unit focuses on the development, production and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines. Their main tasks include providing technical expertise during the installation and final phase to prepare the commissioning of wind turbines and wind farms. You are also responsible for eliminating quality deviations (de-snagging) to ensure smooth transfer to the customer and trouble-free operation over the service life of the systems. All activities must be carried out in compliance with the highest standards for safety, quality and efficiency.

Your tasks include:

Supporting quality management in non-conformities and ensuring compliance with 'Management of Change' requirements Supply Management Support for Quality Gate 1 and Input Controls Support for supply management, quality management and Civil PE in the audit of anchor cages and foundations Compilation and verification of pre-assembly documentation, legal inspections and reports before release Organisation and support of the Gate 23 process Management of NCRs and incidents in UPVISE/Service Now or another software management tool Cooperation with quality management in ordering and tracking missing parts Elimination of quality deviations (de-snagging) for smooth operation of the systems over their service life Your profile:

Extensive experience in the wind industry (5 to 7 years) alternative Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline Knowledge of health and safety procedures such as LOTO, electrical safety, crash protection, MSDS Physical fitness for climbing wind turbines of 180 metres or higher under variable climate conditions Confidence with mechanical, rotating and hydraulic systems Knowledge of construction, installation, completion, testing of mechanical installations and quality management Willingness to travel to new projects Good knowledge of English is required.
