Projektleiter (m/w/d) Parental representation: limited to 2 years In the HHLA real estate segment, you actively shape the structural change in the storage city and develop as well as realize construction projects in the port of Hamburg. In the field of construction management/realisation, your focus is on the sustainable implementation of complex commercial properties in water.

You develop and develop project ideas and concepts taking into account sustainable and economically optimized solutions. You define project objectives and make sure that You are reliably achieved, for example in terms of quality, dates and costs. You conduct, carry out and control new and refurbishment projects independently – design, commercial and technical – and bear the responsibility for maintaining the project objectives. You agree independently and responsibly with all the authorities and approval bodies involved in the project. At your work, you take into account the requirements of the design guide Speicherstadt as well as the diekmalpfleger requirements. You carry out your tasks on the basis of our internal project manager’s manual, including: the establishment of the project organisation, coordination of the project sequence, the persecution of project achievements, the control and coordination of the communication flow and reporting; early detection and counter-control in the event of imminent plan deviations; the sovereign representation of the project internally and externally, as well as active change and contract management and professional risk and chance management.

You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification with a focus on building – e.g. as architect:in or civil engineer:in. Ideally, you have a design skills or practical experience in the design. You have a valid passenger car license. You bring well-founded professional and leadership experience in project management – especially in time-critical construction projects. You have experience in the careful renovation of listed buildings. You work structured, independent and targeted. You also keep an overview in complex contexts and think solution-oriented.
