Within our real estate management and housing business department, a job is at the earliest possible time as Praktikant (m/w/d) im Immobilienmanagement - Key Area: Basic Tax Reform & Operating Accounting in parttime (19.5 hours/week).

Processing and implementation of the basic tax reform for the entire real estate portfolio of the Stadtwerke Köln Group, in particular: review of the basic and basic tax decisions, time-limit monitoring, preparation of disputes, ongoing declarations on land changes Creation and testing of commercial operating cost accounting Communication with authorities, tenants and service providers Support for further property business tasks and projects

You have completed commercial vocational training – ideally in the real estate sector, tax law or as a lawyer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.

Experience in the field of commercial operating cost accounting and basic tax processing is desirable.

Your profile is rounded off by sound MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
