IT Product Owner MS Dynamics CRM (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Product responsibility with effect: You take the Owernship for our CRM system with focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
• Vision & user centering: You develop a clear product vision and make sure that our solutions are scalable, user-centred and business-relevant.
• Advising the departments: You actively advise our internal stakeholders and align requirements with the standard features of Dynamics 365.
• Roadmap & Releases: You shape the product roadmap, tax releases, recognize technical debt early and continuously develop the product.
• Agile leadership: You prioritise clearly, formally effective user stories and guide your team with a strong focus on product goals and customer benefits.
• Visible & binding: You are present for your team, for stakeholders, for decisions. You stand for clarity, transparency and reliability.

Your profile:

• Dynamics-Expertise: You bring well-founded knowledge to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including configuration, process understanding and service application.
• Sales-know-how: In the Dynamics 365 Sales module, you also know and advise safely and solution-oriented.
• PO or analysis experience: You have already worked as Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar role – ideally in an agile environment.
• Product Focus & Ownership: You think in solutions, tax structured and take responsibility for your product.
• Strong in communication & attitude: You appear binding, can make decisions and convince by clarity and empathy.
• Language & technology: You speak fluently German, communicate safely in word and writing and have a good technical understanding.
