In the Department of Contract Management Obligation – Corporate customers take care and control of liability contracts in the corporate customer business. With your professional expertise, you are a competent partner for brokers, sales and internal interfaces and make an active contribution to the quality and further development of our stock. Application processing: independent examination, evaluation and processing of new and replacement applications in the company's customer business Self-guided change of application with brokers and sales partners Contract management / Contract processing: Individually responsible control and processing of contractual changes (e.g. master data, inclusions and exclusions, tariff changes, brokerage change) Technical support and qualified response to contractual requests from brokers, sales and internal contact persons Analysis, assessment and classification of liability risks incl. Supply creation and development of individual special and framework concepts Active, sales-oriented contract processing including Support for sales Responsibility for dismissal processing and participation in complaint management Ensuring high-quality documentation and taking over administrative tasks Participation in technical projects, acquisition of special and cross-sectional tasks and active participation in the optimization of processes and processes

Completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Founded professional experience in contract or application processing Very good professional knowledge of corporate customer business Self-employed, structured and responsible work Communication strength and safe occurrence to brokers
