Electronic / Mechatronics (m/w/d) as a service technician in the field service

Tasks

• They are responsible for the repair, testing and maintenance of printing systems, multifunction printers, POS technology (e.g. cash register systems), medical devices and other technical equipment at our international customers on site.
• They carry out professional maintenance and maintenance of end-processing equipment from leading manufacturers.
• You take over the responsible processing, coordination and tracking of your orders.
• They are in direct contact with our customers and provide fast and efficient solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your competences and experiences

• They have a completed electrotechnical training, e.g. as an electronic or comparable.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in the repair and maintenance of comparable devices or are already involved in an exciting task area.
• They have good network and PC knowledge required for this position.
• They are characterized by excellent communicative skills and safe handling – they are our flagship at the customer and offer a high service orientation.
• They have the ability to self-organize and work independently.
• Good knowledge of English complete your profile.
• You have a class B licence.
