Engineer / Technical System Planner specializing in Supply and Equipment Technology (m/f/d)

As part of the planning of building and plant engineering, DIFMA develops renovation concepts, economic considerations, energy studies and supply concepts. We create input planning, heating load calculations and determine the basics for hydraulic balancing. In addition, we are active in the area of planning and evaluating modernization concepts for residential buildings, data centers and industry and create energy consumption/requirement cards. The area of drinking water hygiene completes the range of services offered by DIFMA with drinking water investigations, risk analysis and remediation concepts. We are consulted on the side of our clients from planning to realization.

You support the project managers in the planning and execution of the projects. You create technical drawings. You plan and dimension technical installations in buildings. You're going to make upsizes and lists. You're getting stock records.

You already have a multi-year professional/industry experience as an engineer or technical designer/system planner in the technical building equipment (TGA). Ideally, you have a recognized qualification as an energy consultant (m/w/d) and master legal and technical principles (GEG), plant engineering and refurbishment planning. You like to work hand in hand with your teammates. You are fit in handling the current MS Office programs. You have profound CAD skills (AutoCAD, Dendrit).
