Various tasks Business Intelligence & Reporting: Creating and automating reports in Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud, as well as developing dynamic dashboards to visualize complex financial and corporate data and reporting. Interface Controlling & IT: Transfer of control requirements into technical solutions and close cooperation with specialist areas, SAP developers and the central BI team of the EnBW Group. Optimization & Automation: Improvement of controlling processes and data architecture with Power Automate and participation in data strategy and Data Governace taking into account corporate policies. Innovation and future topics: preparation for predictive analyses and machine learning as well as cooperation in the enterprise digitalization project. Co-Management Controlling Cube (Controlling Data Warehouse) : Responsibility for an integrated data model for analysis of financial and non-financial data and optimization of the Cube structure. Convincing profile Qualification: completed studies in business management, business informatics, controlling or comparable qualification. Experience: Multiannual experience in business analysis, data modeling and controlling processes. Tools: Experience with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud and Power Automate, as well as knowledge in DAX, SQL, Power Query. Knowledge: Experience in the development and optimization of financial and controlling processes. Skills: Analytical and strategic thinking with pronounced problem-solving competence. To this end, communication strength and team capacity for successful cooperation with various stakeholders. About the area We are the driving force behind the creation of economic analyses and evaluations that significantly influence both operational and strategic management decisions. With full Elan, we are driving forward the digitization of the financial processes and actively controlling them. At the same time, we continue to shape the NetCom BW's data strategy for the future and work tirelessly on the optimization of our structures and control dimensions. Our goal in commercial management is to ensure and continuously improve economic stability, profitability and competitiveness through precise analyses, targeted control and sound action recommendations. We therefore lay the foundation for achieving the short, medium and long-term corporate objectives. We also advise the decision-makers with a clear focus on value-oriented aspects to ensure sustainable success.
