Data Specialist for Incoming Invoices and Electronic Invoices (Human)

Examination and validation of electronic invoices and analysis of invoice, supplier and master data as regards completeness and quality Identification and correction of incorrect data to ensure efficient and automated invoice processing Analysis and clarification of processing errors, rejections and booking terminations in the digital invoice entry process Cooperation with departments, suppliers and IT in troubleshooting and process improvement Supporting the operation of electronic billing solutions and ensuring legal and fiscal requirements Participation in the introduction of new invoice formats, system changes and optimization measures Compilation of evaluations, quality reports and maintenance of process documentation and work instructions

Study of Business Administration or Accounting Experience, in particular in Accounts Payable Very good understanding of input calculation processes and experience in dealing with master and invoice data Secure handling of ERP systems and SAP S/4HANA Knowledge of electronic invoice formats (e.g. XRechnung, Factur-X, ZUGFeRD, Peppol) and ideally of OCR solutions such as Kofax Knowledge of legal and tax requirements in the e-invoicing environment Great interest in the processing of electronic data, quality awareness and experience in the analysis and purification of data Analytical, structured and independent operation as well as service and communication orientation Interest in digital processes and their continuous improvement Very good communication skills, also in English
