Your responsibility lies in the leadership and development of the assigned employees. You design, develop and control the orientation of the subject area. The overall responsibility for controlling the recruiting process lies with you. You carry out occupation procedures including development/leading of suitable selection procedures (e.g. telephone and video interviews, case studies, assessment center). Recruiting strategies are further developed and continually adapted. You are responsible for the documentation and quality of the recruiting process. Recruiting-specific key figures and reportings concept and develop. The management and implementation of employer branding and/or personal marketing concepts are also part of your tasks. You are working on the implementation of personal economic organization projects and accompanying necessary implementation steps.

You have a master or a diploma in the field of business management or a comparable discipline. Experiences in employee motivation as well as skills in employee leadership and knowledge transfer can already be acquired. Multiannual professional experience in the field of work as well as extensive knowledge in personnel management, including recruitment, you could already obtain. You have knowledge of labour law, social law and business constitutional law as well as knowledge in SAP HR and personal IT systems. Consultancy and methodological skills are strong with you and you have conceptual skills. In dealing with social media, you are sovereign. You have good knowledge of MS Office applications and work independently and structured. With your communicative competence, your objective and friendly appearance, you are a real team player. You also have a class B licence.
