You are responsible for ensuring effective and quality-conscious production processes while avoiding downtime Monitor production facilities, system-wide error messages and the entire flow of goods in logistics via various sources of information You take the systematic analysis of disturbances and initiation of necessary steps to resolve the problem Keep the overview of the logistic conveyors and support in troubleshooting You start tickets after first analysis and are the first contact person for our IT or for problems in the area of responsibility

A successfully completed commercial or technical training, alternatively several years of professional experience in the field of logistics with focus IT / systems A positive appearance, team spirit and the ability to communicate even in stressful situations and solve issues Very good knowledge of German in word and writing User knowledge in MS Office as well as knowledge in handling ERP systems (no concern that we will teach you) Ready to work in the 3-shift system
