Organization and coordination of the daily law firm Mandant's reception and support: inside the branch and on the phone Planning, coordination and monitoring of internal and external dates Processing of input and output mail and email correspondence Maintenance of client master data in DATEV Support for time-limit control and document management

Completed training as a merchant:wife for office management or comparable qualification as well as professional experience in the above-mentioned field Safe handling of modern office software, ideally first knowledge in MS365 and DATEV Good communication skills, organisational talent and joy in working with Mandant:inside High service and service orientation Self-employed, careful and structured work
