Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Management of projects for the development and introduction of manufacturing processes and repairs
• Development, introduction, optimization, standardization and documentation of manufacturing processes, in particular high-pressure water and solidification jets in engine overhaul
• Develop and anchor methods for sustainable process stability and quality assurance
• Planning, development and procurement of equipment and consultation of the departments and selection decisions
• Creation, completion and documentation of registration documents
• Design and execute instructions and instructions

Your qualifications:

• Complete university studies of engineering in the field of mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, process engineering or materials engineering or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the application and development of manufacturing processes focusing on high-pressure water jets and solidification jets
• Very good knowledge of aviation materials and their use in jet engines and the associated repair processes
• Experience in managing and implementing projects
• Very good German and good English skills
• Good computer skills (SAP R/3, MS Office)
