Responsibility for the stable, secure and performant operation of our IT system landscape (client, server, network) Ensuring and further developing our IT support (1st–3rd level) with focus on sustainable solutions instead of short-term workarounds Proactive development and automation of our system environments (e.g. monitoring, patch management, deployment processes) Analysis of complex disturbances incl. Root-Cause Analysis and Sustainable Troubleshoot Technical co-design and partial management of IT projects (e.g. IT security, cloud integration, rollouts) Construction, maintenance and continuous improvement of documentation, standards and best practices Central interface to specialist areas and Sparring partners for colleagues – also in the international context Identification of optimization potentials and active development of our IT infrastructure and processes

Complete training in the field of computer science or comparable studies Multiannual experience (approx. 5+ years) in the administration of complex, hybrid IT environments (Windows, Linux, On-Premise, Cloud) Found experience beyond the classic service desk, ideally incl. Project work or system design Very good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Legal Structures and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem Experience in the design and implementation of IT security measures Safe handling of automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash) Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving competence and high quality standards Own-responsible, proactive operation as well as a strong understanding of IT security and data protection Very good communication skills in German and English
