In the course of a strategic further development, we are looking for a project buyer / Kalkulator Bau / Projektcontroller (m/w/d) at the next possible time in the Berching area. In this responsible key position, you act as a commercial Sparring partner of the management and ensure that projects are implemented not only technically but also economically successfully. You create transparency, optimize processes and develop in the long term into a central interface between technology, purchasing, project management and management.

Responsibility for the commercial project controlling as well as the economic control of demanding high and wood construction projects Creation of calculations, mass determinations and cost-effectiveness calculations for new construction projects Analysis of project key figures, cover contributions and cost developments and derivation of optimization measures Creation and tracking of offers as well as support in pricing, post-calculation and project accounting Coordination of cooperation between management, construction management, planning, purchasing and other project participants Support in purchasing, tendering, awarding and contract management Creation of initial invoices, monitoring progress in payment and ensuring transparent commercial project execution Active development of existing processes as well as building more transparency and structure in the commercial sector

Completed studies in civil engineering, construction management, construction industry, construction economics or comparable technical training with commercial training As an alternative, further training to the technical farmer, construction technician or comparable qualification in construction Multiannual professional experience in project controlling, in costing, construction billing or commercial project management Ideally experience in building, timber construction or prefabricated building as well as understanding of construction sites and construction processes Very good business understanding as well as pronounced number affinity and analytical thinking Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation with a high level of communication and enforcement Safe handling of MS Office and willingness to cooperate regularly with the Austrian main location during the incorporation
