• As a consultant for capital market compliance (m/w/d), you will analyze new legal requirements for their compliance relevance for blockchain technologies, crypto assets and their storage.
• You accompany the implementation of regulatory requirements with us, taking into account, among other things, bank business relationships.
• They advise on value paper regulatory requirements, in particular for trading in crypto-value papers, for trading in crypto-value papers, for switching crypto-values and for storing crypto-assesets.
• They design and conduct both compliance monitoring and training - from which you derive measures to resolve identified deficits.
• You process requests from national supervisory authorities, agree with the supervision, audit and internal audit, as well as work on crypto-assesset projects.

This will bring you

• Successful degree or master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Economic Law or a comparable subject
• Multiannual professional practice in regulating crypto assets and in compliance with capital market or securities business
• Advantage: Experienced in compliance IT systems and/or projects as well as expertise in financial instruments trading including crypto assets
• Understanding national and European supervisory law, in particular the regulation of crypto services by MiCAR and eWpG
• Interest in classical, digital and sustainable financial instruments and in the further development of the capital market
• Very good German in word and writing
