We of the WJW, the Wiesbaden youth workshop gGmbH, are a training and employment company with around 190 employees, which is located in two locations around 500 trainees and participants in measures qualified in 25 different occupations. For this purpose, we maintain several artisanal training workshops, an agricultural production plant, two gastronomy facilities and several shops. As a recognized organic country company, we combine agriculture, handicraft food processing and farm marketing in a way that has made us well known beyond the Rhine-Main region. At this site there are currently 50 dairy cows with rearing, as well as the masculine of the male animals and purchased meat bark descents, 1200 laying hens and 650 gooses. To strengthen our team we are looking for a full-time Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Monitoring the state of health of all animals in the bovine sector Early detection and treatment of diseases (mastitis, lameness, metabolic disorders) Organisation of veterinary measures and documentation Control of animal comfort, lying areas, claw care and stable climate Brunst detection and semen management Depreciation Controls and Management of Calculations Control of daily feed rations, feed intake and development of animals Working with milking and monitoring milk performance, milk ingredients, milk hygiene and udder health Participation in optimizing workflows Compliance with legal requirements Cleaning and disinfection work in the bovine and poultry sectors (stems, milking machines, milking equipment, cans, cooling and transport containers) Maintenance and maintenance of machinery and equipment in cooperation with the in-house craftsmen and agricultural engineering workshops Working with the farm and building care (economic building) Pasture and pasture control Working with the care of our walkers in the mobile booth as well as the outdoor benches

(m/w/d) or a further education for the (agricultural) meister/-techniker (m/w/d) or a comparable training Multi-year professional experience Experience in the field of herd management would be desirable Safe handling of farm animals, machinery and material Physical loadability A friendly appearance, communication skills and a high level of team capacity Independent and structured operation Ready to work on weekends and holidays driving licence of the category BE, T and/or CE Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
