Business Improvement Manager/ Manager (m/w/d) Process Optimization in full time (39 hours/week)

You analyze processes, processes and interfaces quickly and identify concrete potential for improvement. Together with the specialist departments, you develop pragmatic solutions and implement them consistently. Improve and change projects coordinate reliably and ensure sustainable implementation. Cross-sectoral and low-level processes, standards and procedures are more efficient. Successful solutions from our Ludwigsfelde site will be developed and used for the entire company. As a business partner for branch management, controlling and specialist areas, you translate findings into concrete measures and gain employees for changes

Professional experience in process management, business improvement, operations, logistics or project management ideally brings you from the commercial, logistics or food environment. A good understanding of the complex processes in the wholesale food supply wholesale trade is what distinguishes you – or the willingness to work quickly and comprehensively. You can recognize relationships and dependencies across department, branch and company boundaries. In dealing with different people, you will notice, empathic and binding, listen and create confidence. Even without formal authority, you will succeed in creating liabilities, driving changes and winning others. Structured and independent work, pragmatic solution orientation and secure use of digital tools complete your profile. Your very good German skills complete your profile.
