Enrich our team and bring your practical experience and know-how to us. Digitization and further development of the purchasing processes including the acquisition of support functions. Introduction and roll-out of SAP Ariba Initiation, management and participation of projects with higher complexity within the Corporate Procurement area. Development of global purchasing processes and creation of best practices taking into account “Responsible Procurement” Design of Make-or-Buy Decisions and Cost-Break-Down Projects Ensuring continuous improvement processes (CDP) Development of measures to comply with the requirements of the Sto sustainability strategy in the field of corporate procurement Stakeholder management as a success factor and designer of networks and cross-border moderation of procurement processes Conception of the central supplier qualification process from supplier selection to supplier approval Further development and support of the uniform product group management Establish and implement legal monitoring to ensure legal requirements Cooperation and ongoing development of the Perfomance Management Development and implementation of training measures for assigned tasks

Successfully completed studies (e.g. sustainability, supply chain management, international business, etc.) or a comparable qualification Continuous training in the field High levels of innovation and change competence Analytical, conceptual, solution-oriented and interdisciplinary approach Good knowledge of different project management methods and tools High affinity for IT (knowledge in SAP R/3 MM, S4HANA, O365, e-tools in purchasing) Experience in the design and roll-out of SAP Ariba Multiannual (over 8 years) job-relevant professional experience in the environment of an internationally producing industrial company Multiannual experience required in project management German and English knowledge (C1-C2) willingness to travel in Germany and abroad
