Support in the planning, coordination and implementation of construction projects in all phases of the project Participation in compliance with cost, time and quality requirements Coordination and control of construction companies and coordination with internal and external project participants Participation in construction meetings and development of project reports and status reports Support in the tendering and awarding of works Examination of progress on site and ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards. Creation of presentations, documentation and analyses to support project management

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline First practical experience in construction, project management or construction, e.g. through internships or student work Knowledge of VOB, HOAI and other relevant building regulations High self-initiative, team skills and structured working Good organizational skills and a high level of responsibility Safe handling of current MS Office applications, ideally first experience with project management software Class B driving licence Perfect knowledge of German in word and writing are absolutely necessary
