• Selection, qualification and evaluation of suppliers • Request and procurement of drawings-specific production parts, plant and spare parts • Request of deliveries and services to external providers for project needs • Evaluation of offers and conduct of negotiations • Contract design and conclusion • Creating framework agreements and quality assurance agreements • Supplier management, warranty of delivery and parts availability • Check and edit the order confirmations and supplier invoices • Advertising management • Creating procurement evaluations (terminals and costs) for project team • You report to the purchasing management

• Successfully completed commercial or technical studies (e.g. industrial engineering or business with additional technical qualification) or comparable training • minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical project purchase, preferably mechanical engineering/automotives • negotiating skills and enforcement • knowledge of English in word and writing • very good technical understanding • independent, responsible and targeted working methods • High reliability, flexibility, resilience, teamability • Very good knowledge of the MS Office
