Part of our implementation project and rollout for Salesforce (esp. Consumer Goods Cloud) as the new platform for the whole group Consulting and Management of Stakeholders as a primary contact to drive Salesforce solutions Demand Management to understand business needs and derive IT solution requirements Organization and Implementation of interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect and consolidate requirements Collaboration with Solution Engineers during solution design (e.g. by User Stories, Use Cases and Best Practices) Support of change management to ensure the successful adoption of new sales processes and solutions

Degree in business administration, international management business informatics or similar Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of Salesforce (esp. Consumer Goods Cloud) Experiences in Consulting and Requirement Analysis in the field of international Sales Processes Deep knowledge of the whole Salesforce eco system Service-oriented and user-centered mindset Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to senior management Strong analytical skills and independent working attitude Professional in English
