Head of Purchasing Methods, Analytics and Process Excellence

As a specialist field manager:in purchasing methods, analytics and process excellence, you take over the professional, organizational and personal leadership of your team and develop a modern, data- and process-driven procurement consistently. You ensure that regulatory requirements – especially KRITIS and NIS2 – are anchored and adhered to in our purchasing processes, systems and supplier. The end-to-end responsibility for the construction, harmonisation, standardization and continuous development of our purchasing processes, methods, governance structures and KPIs and reporting systems is in your hands – with the aim of creating transparency and strategically controlling purchasing. Analytics brings you to the next level by further developing approaches such as donation, performance and risk management and providing the specialist areas with sound basis for decision-making. Design, control and actively accompany transformation, digitalization and cross-departmental optimization projects in purchasing. With our IT, information security, compliance and the individual departments, you work closely and structuredly – especially in complex issues, system implementations and strategic projects.

You have a completed academic degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics, or alternatively you have a comparable qualification. You can prove your experience in building and optimizing standardized shopping processes as well as in the development of control and key payment systems. You are familiar with the regulatory requirements in the KRITIS and NIS-2 environment and you understand their impact on purchasing and supply chains in practice. Your distinct analytical skills, your structured work and your experience in project and change management allow you to advance complex topics in a targeted way. With your leadership, communication and moderation skills as well as your safe occurrence, you convince different stakeholders at all levels.
