You learn everything from the installation and configuration of PCs to the monitoring and extension of IT infrastructures You support us in customer support with regard to bug fixes and questions in First and second level support We show you how digital migrations and transformations are carried out and make you technologically fit You will find answers to questions such as “Does wireless networks need to be taken into account?” or “What software is suitable for the customer?” Installing and setting up hardware components, operating systems and networks according to customer requirements is also part of your tasks

You have a class B licence You have successfully completed your training or specialist training You have a great technical interest and can ideally solve smaller IT problems independently You bring good services in German and English subjects A pronounced conception and learning skills characterize you Care, flexibility and mobility are just as natural for you as a high degree of Communication and team skills We presume flowing German in word and font – other languages are welcome
