• Incoming mail, e-mails and inquiries you work with a clear look for structure and quality – service-oriented and reliable.
• Together with our external call center team, you are looking for a reliable telephone availability in customer service – for satisfied customers and smooth processes.
• You will forward important information or customer talks to the relevant departments via e-mail or telephone – clearly, structured and solution-oriented.
• In the event of damage, you are the interface between our customers: women, insurance companies and their service providers – and for a professional and empirical process.
