Support of the Property Management team in day-to-day business and the acquisition of general reception activities Self-fulfilment of administrative tasks (e.g. written & telephone correspondence, storage, data management) Acquisition of presentations and reports Processing of invoices and the general appointment organization Interface to internal and external contacts

Closed commercial training e.g. office businessman, real estate businessman or comparable qualification First professional experience in a comparable position Good MS Office knowledge (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Organisational skills and a high level of team and communication skills Friendly and competent occurrence in contact and handling with customers and business partners
