In our building team you have complete project responsibility from A to Z You expand your know-how in varied construction projects In cross-site cooperation, you benefit from short coordination paths and the synergies of our specialist areas (e.g. experienced engineers and specialist planners) You plan to coordinate and monitor new construction measures from the office building to complex industrial plants, as well as modernizations of listed buildings Your creativity is in demand from the start - from design to detailed execution planning You are active in the construction management and keep in mind all professional participants Close cooperation with specialist planners, authorities and project participants

Successful degree in Architecture (Dipl.-Ing., Master o. Bachelor) Long-term professional experience in planning and execution of large projects is desirable Advantage of building template Experience in creating performance directories (LV) Knowledge of the VOB (contracting and contracting regulations for construction services) Safe handling of Allplan, iTWO knowledge of advantage Good knowledge of MS Project, MS Office Holistic, solution- and result-oriented thinking Self-employed, structured and careful working Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Own initiative and team spirit Willingness to continue training and take over new tasks
