In your role as Finance Manager (m/w), you are responsible for four people in discipline. Here you will have a look at the higher-level figures of the plant (Ca. 280 people) and ensure the Group Reporting. Description

Analysis of production costs and identification of potential savings Monitoring of cost centers, production deviations and profitability Support for budgeting and forecasting processes in the production environment Creating regular reports on production efficiency and cost developments Cooperation with operations and logistics to improve cost transparency and performance tracking Ensuring data quality and consistency in SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, MM, PP) Drive automation and process optimization in the SAP environment Management or support of SAP projects, including system upgrades and further developments Function as a key user and interface between specialist and IT for SAP financial topics Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to IFRS or HGB Implementation of voting and ensuring correct cost calculations Creation of internal management reports (end-to-end) and reporting packages for the Group Coordination with financial teams and shared service centers to ensure data consistency and schedule Ensure compliance with internal control standards and corporate policies Support for internal and external audits by providing analyses and documentation Cooperation with cross-functional teams to link financial and performance indicators Contribution to risk management and internal control initiatives

Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related area More than 10 years of professional experience in financial and accounting in a business environment Funded experience in finance and controlling, ideally in a production or industrial company Embossed knowledge in SAP (S/4HANA desirable), in particular in the FI/CO modules Ability to work with different reporting platforms and flexibly switch between them German and English knowledge in word and writing Very good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills Impressed communication and team skills as well as the ability to cross-area cooperation High flexibility and adaptability to new business environments and challenges leadership experience as well as the ability to effectively control cross-area teams
