We are looking for you as a specialist: in employment conditions, co-determination, labour law (w/m/d) for DB Services GmbH at the Berlin site. Your tasks:

One of your most important tasks is the professional and individual support of the service unit in labour and co-determination matters as well as the placement of labour-law knowledge In addition, you support the management and coordination of cooperation with stakeholders, conduct negotiations and design business constitutional agreements You secure and advise the needs-oriented case-consultation of the decentralized units and departments as well as coordinate supervisory and operational council elections of the service unit Structural changes, operational transitions, and projects will help you with a creative, service-oriented consultation along the entire value chain You coordinate business-constitutional and individual-law issues and develop principles and concepts The coordination and implementation of the Group's work and business constitutional frameworks in the service unit also belong to your tasks monitor legal issues within the framework of work-fighting measures and examine labour law; you also check compliance with the principles and regulations of employee data protection

Your profile:
