They monitor and check the training point accounts of medical and psychotherapeutic members on the basis of legal requirements and take steps to prevent the training obligation You agree with the medical and psychotherapeutic state chambers to implement legal requirements They draw up information letters and communications on the level of training and training period They provide telephone information and advise doctors and psychotherapists individually on training opportunities and on training requirements You take care of the preparation, implementation and follow-up of medical meetings and create regular reporting They further develop the responsibility and relate in particular to IT processes around the further development of the corresponding software

Completed (commercial) training, for example as a merchant in health care or as an administrative specialist or as a medical/specialist employee with additional qualification in administration First experience in health and ideally knowledge of the structure and position of the Hesse Kassenmedizin Association, like experiences in the working environment of a law firm Good knowledge of the legal basis of the training obligation according to § 95d SGB V Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of current MS Office applications High quality demands and a pronounced communication capability Reliability and team spirit
